Sketching with Sakura

mountains calling brush lettering

I am no stranger to Sakura's pens - I've been using their Micron pens since my drafting days in college, and teach with their gelly roll pens in my hand lettering class. But I just tested out some of their new pens and LOVE them! It's been a few weeks since I've opened my new stash, so I've had many opportunities to try them out in different applications. I notice I am falling more in love with their Micron PN pens for sketching, writing notes, and doodling. The tip is perfect, and it writes so smooth! (and bonus - they come in all different colors!) Another new product that was brand new to me were their Pigma brush pens. They come in 3 different widths - fine, medium and bold - and the black ink is rich and lovely. See some of the ways I have used them below, and then get your hands on some of your own to play with - you won't be disappointed! Oh, and if you're in need of a new notepad - try these out with our Practice Pad. Perfect for on the go.
