Let's Swap Mail! {& a contest!}

NationalLetterWritingMonth.jpeg
An annual effort to promote literacy and celebrate the art of letter writing. The writing, sending and receiving of letters, post cards and greeting cards is a tradition that has preserved our nation’s history and changed lives. Unlike other forms of communications, card and letter writing is timeless, personal and immediately tangible. Postmasters and managers of customer service at post offices across the country are encouraging card and letter writing by hosting friendly competitions among local youth or by supporting activity at local libraries or schools.

Did you know that April is National Card and Letter Writing month? Well, of course we knew and of course we found it necessary to share the great news with everyone!

On those rare days when you open your mailbox and find a colorful note from a friend that sticks out in a sea of bills and catalogs, your day is suddenly made. So we thought since everyone loves receiving happy mail, why not swap mail with you all?

Here's the deal: Send us a note by mail, and we'll send a letter back to you (just be sure to include your return address on the envelope). The creator of the best and most creatively designed envelope will win a $50 Design Roots shop credit! Instagram your entry, and tag us (@artsybloem) using the hashtag #drMailSwap.

Send your entry to:
